1. Fire the management team.
2. Get a proper Team Manager/Project leader.
3. Have someone read a book on 'Customer Support/Customer Care.
4. Employ someone to actually communicate with customers.
5. Re start the ROCKI apps from scratch.
6. Design the ROCKI to have a more sensible case for a domestic setting that also allows proper decent cables to be used. The sockets are currently too close together.
Using a high quality cable means you cant plug a USB cable in to charge at the same time. Plus it would be better to have a proper on/off switch and to be able to charge it without having to have it switched on. The rubber cases make the single LED light next to useless.
The current design just look stupid after a while and has quite a few shortcomings.
